🚫Cancelling subscription

1. Go to the TGTG Notify Dashboard and login to your account. Link here: https://tgtgnotify.com/dashboard

2. Click on the "Open portal" button as shown below. You will be redirect to the "Stripe Customer Portal"

   
3. Once you're on the "Stripe Customer Portal" click "Cancel Plan" on the subscription plan you wish to cancel as shown below

   
4. Again click on "Cancel plan" as shown below to confirm your cancellation.

   

5. You will now be prompted a question on why you cancelled your subscription. Please tell us the genuinely reason so we can improve our service! 🙏

Please note that you can still use our service until the end of your subscription.
